How to list your property with Zyplr?

Listing your home with Zyplr is super simple, just follow these steps and you'll be ready to go in no time. Start with going to zyplr.com/listings/new

1. Enter Your Home Address
Start by typing in your home address. We'll automatically pull in details from public records and other sources to make this easy for you.
2. Review & Confirm Your Home Info
Take a look at the information we've gathered. You can update anything here, whether you finished your basement, or added a bathroom.
Tip: Not sure about certain community restrictions? No worries, just leave the default setting.
3. Confirm Owner Details
Next, let’s make sure your owner info is correct.
  • Confirm your name.
  • Got a second owner on the title? Make sure their name is accurate too.
  • Add an email address and phone number for each owner, then hit Save.
Important: We’ll use this info to send you key documents and updates, so double-check that everything’s accurate!
4. Upload Photos of Your Home
Time to show off your space!
  • Using your phone? Upload pictures right from your camera roll.
  • On your computer? Upload files you already have, especially if you used a pro photographer.

5. Select Home Features
Tag any features that apply to your home (like hardwood floors, solar panels, or walk-in closets).
Not sure about something? No problem. Just leave it, it’ll get flagged for review or accuracy later.
6. Fill Out the HOA Section (if applicable)
  • Enter the HOA fee (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • Add what’s included - lawn care, pool access, snow removal, etc.
7. Describe Your Home
Time to bring your home to life!
  • Choose a few tags that apply.
  • Write a couple of sentences about your home - just enough to get a feel for it.
  • Сlick Generate and we’ll create a polished, professional description for you.
  • You can tweak it however you like. Think about what makes your place special. Saturday farmer’s market nearby? Annual block parties? Walkable to cute coffee shops? Add it in!
  • Just leave out any private info (yours or your neighbors) - let’s keep it safe and respectful.
8. Set Your Price
This is where strategy comes in.
Use our pricing tool. It's similar to what real estate agents use.
  • It considers recent sales in your area
  • Tracks neighborhood market trends
  • Even drills down to your street
You’ll see a pricing color scale - aim for green or near yellow for best results.

9. Review & Finalize Your Listing
Almost there!
  • Look over your draft listing one last time
  • Hit Continue
10. Sign the Open, Non-Exclusive Contract
